What kind of businesses can you support?
We support Bermuda-based small businesses, entrepreneurs, professional and medical practices, property-related businesses, and established businesses that need dependable bookkeeping or financial administration support.
Can I enquire about ongoing or project-based support?
Yes. Both ongoing monthly support and one-time projects are available. We will discuss your records, priorities and the support you need, then agree the work in writing.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Tell us your business type, the support you need, your current accounting software, an approximate transaction volume and your preferred start date. Please leave bank details, passwords, payroll records, medical information and confidential documents out of the general enquiry form.
How are services and fees agreed?
The initial consultation is $150 and may last up to three hours. We discuss your needs, current systems and processes, and whether a new accounting or business system may be helpful. The scope, deliverables, fees and timing for any further work are agreed in writing before that work begins.
Is the website a place to upload financial records?
No. The contact form is for general enquiries. Please contact Precision Ledger Bermuda to arrange an appropriate and secure way to share records after discussing the work.
Can you help bring overdue or incomplete bookkeeping up to date?
Yes, we can discuss a one-time project to help bring overdue or incomplete records up to date. We first review what is available, identify gaps and agree a realistic scope, deliverables and timing.
Can you work with the accounting software my business already uses?
Tell us which systems you currently use. Tanasha’s professional experience includes QuickBooks, Xero, Buildium, ApprovalMax, Microsoft Excel and HSBCnet. We will discuss how to work with your existing setup and whether any changes would be useful.
What records will you need, and how will information be handled?
The records needed depend on the agreed service. We will discuss the relevant information, access arrangements and an appropriate way to share it before work begins. Financial, payroll and medical records should not be sent through the general website enquiry form.
Do you work with businesses outside Bermuda?
We currently work with Bermuda-based clients only and do not accept overseas engagements.
What does payroll support cover?
Payroll support is available for small businesses with manageable payrolls. Quarterly payroll tax submissions can be arranged separately if payroll is handled internally or by another provider. We do not offer large-scale payroll management, tax preparation or general tax advice.
How do I arrange a consultation?
Send a general enquiry or contact Tanasha by phone or email. The initial consultation is $150 for up to three hours, by arrangement. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment or take a payment; the arrangements are agreed directly.
When can I expect a response?
Enquiries are answered as soon as reasonably possible. Appointments are by arrangement. Please get in touch to agree a suitable time.
